TRANSCENDENTAEROBICOURAGE is an ALL LEVELS movement/embodiment event facilitated by Allie Hankins/ A combination of step aerobics and your favorite sweaty dance party, we will breathe, vocalize, bounce, sweat, push, rest, DANCE, and work individually and as a group in actions that help us access the pleasure of effort. LIVE DJ Allan Wilson’s music buoys us through our fatigue and steers us to an empowering transcendent climax.
