Imposter/switch seeks a new co-curator!
Join Imposter/Switch founder and co-curator Marissa Rae Niederhauser to help bring lively and supportive low stakes art making, community building togetherness and interdisciplinary wildness back to post pandemic Portland.

Wtf is an Imposter/switch?
Celebrating the imposter syndrome living in each of us by poking a little fun at the idea that mastery is necessary for creative viability, and inviting artists to courageously switch disciplines with another artist.
6 artists working in various disciplines are selected. The artists’ names go in one hat and their disciplines in another. In a publicly shared video drawing artists are randomly assigned a medium outside of their usual practice to share for public exhibition. Artists are than given two weeks to gather supplies and prepare to show the result of their experimentations in a format of their choosing.
Expect the unexpected. Long live experimental art!
We are a co-production of Performance Works Northwest
