Red Cedar Tai Chi is offering a beginning level Tai Chi class at PWNW this Spring, led by Linda Hutchins, Angie Holland, and Linda Austin. Tai Chi is a moving meditation which helps to clear the mind, improves memory and reduces stress. It builds body awareness, strengthens leg muscles and improves balance. It nurtures all aspects of one’s life.
Beginning Tai Chi (B1)—this is the entry level class
Students learn the first third of Cheng Man-ch’ing’s 37 posture Yang style short form
April 3 – June 6, 10 weekly classes

Tuition is $200 for the 10 week class, $100 when repeating a class.
