Red Cedar Tai Chi | Fall 2025

Tai Chi is a daily practice that cultivates a healthy, relaxed, conscious way of being.

We have been teaching the Yang 37 posture form, as passed down by Grand Master Cheng Man-Ch’ing, for 9 years. Our classes are small so we can offer a relaxed atmosphere and individual attention. Red Cedar Tai Chi is a member of the international tai chi school Tai Chi Foundation

Lead instructor: Angie Holland
Apprentice instructors: Linda Hutchins, Linda Austin, and Joon Rose.
