December 20 | Tom’s Movie Night

Tom DeBeauchamp would most cordially like to invite you to a free screening of Andrei Tarkovsky’s Stalker at Performance Works Northwest on December 20th, 2025.

Doors open at 4pm, and we’ll probably start the show around 4:15, maybe a bit afterward.
There will be seltzers for drinking and likely some popcorn for eating, chairs and the floor and even some pillows for sitting.

You are welcome to bring your own blankets, snacks, beverages, and friends. Maybe we’ll chat a bit after!

“In 1979, Andrei Tarkovsky’s science fiction masterpiece Stalker arrived on the big screen, offering audiences a mesmerising, world-changing visual narrative trip. Taking place in a desolate and barren landscape, it evokes the imagery of a post-apocalyptic world, and by focusing on the story of its titular guide, hired to lead a writer and a scientist through a treacherous area known as the Zone, Tarkovsky delivered a true masterwork of science fiction cinema.” —Thomas Cole, https://faroutmagazine.co.uk/what-makes-andrei-tarkovsky-stalker-great/
