Thursday through Sunday
Strange, intimate, a little haunted, and sometimes darkly funny, Harvest of Woman returns to Portland in its fullest form yet.
Through movement, film, sound, text, and shifting physical figures, Olga Kravtsova moves through a dreamlike world of memory, labor, inheritance, womanhood, and transformation. Rather than telling one linear story, Harvest of Woman unfolds through a series of embodied fables, images, and encounters.
This November, Harvest of Woman anchors a four-day guest artist series at Performance Works NW. Across five public events, invited artists bring distinct performance worlds into the space. Four events pair Harvest of Woman with a guest artist project, while Saturday afternoon features a standalone presentation by Nurys Herrera.
